Marcus has just been appointed Bruges Free City Poet for 2015, with the task of writing 4 city poems in one year. See here for a Dutch account of the project.

In future, Marcus plans to write more and more in his adopted language, and (hopefully) be invited to teach poetry in secondary schools. His first project is EEN HANDVOL POEZIE, an anthology of five talented but unknown young poets in English, Dutch and Italian.
